ばこそ emphasizes the one true reason for something, ruling out others. Use the ば conditional plus こそ, often ending in からだ. It stresses that it is exactly because of this reason, and no other, that the result holds.
Examples
のをばこそ、のだ。 Kimi no koto o omoeba koso, kibishiku iu no da.
It is precisely because I care about you that I speak strictly.
ばこそ、はだ。 Doryoku sureba koso, yume wa kanau mono da.
It is only because one makes an effort that dreams come true.
